You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If you need to return an item and you did not create an account, please complete the return form included in your package. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if this is your situation.)
Once your return is received to our office, it will be processed for a return or an exchange.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you are submitting a request for an exchange and the item is not available, we will contact you by phone or email to process a store credit or refund.
All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered, damaged, and free of any stains, odors, or distinct smells including perfume. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs which are non-refundable.
All tags must be attached when returned. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, HATS, BRALETTES, PANTIES, AND BODYSUITS ARE FINAL SALE - NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

We offer U.S. and international shipping to Canada. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout and may be subject to customs fees. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Merchandise will be sent within 24-48 business hours from the order date and will take 2-7 business days for standard delivery anywhere within the United States via U.S.P.S First Class Mail, Priority Mail or UPS. Please allow up to 14 days for international shipping times.

Please note all parcels MUST be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder. In the event your billing address and shipping address do not match, your order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives for verification. In the event that a customer service representative cannot verify your information, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
